Bt Customer Service

Just about had enought of Bt, They discounted my phone line promised it would be back on withing 3 days. 3 days went and gone, still no phone line. Emailed them countless times all being ignored.

No landline to call there 0800 number from for free, spend loads on mobile to speak to there customer serive if you can call it that, which mainly consists of being transferred half way through a conversation and just being cut off.

Spoken to consumer direct and offcom about them, nothing but still no reply :mad: Really getting the run about from them !

Anyone else had the same sort of problems with them.

  • I just started a thread about BT's lack of customer service a few minutes ago myself so I sympathise completely!
    Have you tried emailing them via their complaint button? They have still messed up my billing but did get back to me this morning after it was sent yesterday.
