Egg Anniversary Offer

Hi,

I've had my Egg card for 11 months now and was hoping to do this offer. From what I read on their website I will have to wait until Oct 2010 to get 0% on a balance transfer and then it will be available again in 2011.

Is this correct.

It means that I will have had the card for 2 years before I can exploit this offer.

  • They normally do anniversary offers on well the anniversary but they don't shout it from the rooftops. Keep a lookout for messages when you log in or send them a secure message to clarify the position.
It is very easy to miss out on this.

Yes it's correct. You have to wait 2 years because when you applied your introductoy offer was approx 13 months 0%.

Egg used to have the 1st anniversary offer 12 months after the opening date but that was back when their introductory offer was less than 12 months.

I think, although not 100% sure, that their systems can't have 2 separate offers on at the same time which would be the case if they gave an offer this year.

So, I doubt you'll get any offer next month.
