Is the frog connected with the breastfeeding or is it unsafe to get tattoos when breastfeeding?

Tattooing carries a small risk of hepatitis and other blood-borne nasties so I wouldn't take the risk. I'm fine with taking it for myself, but not for Molly.

Using Sports Village Scruff, you know the big new one beside or is Chris Anderson Stadium?

It's a minimum 3 month contract Becles, which isn't TOO bad, but it's apparently a really nice one, instructors are helpful and friendly, all top of the range facilitys. It even runs things for Keira's age group, like swimming lesson,s gymnastics etc. Souds pricey though

Ladybird, I have a beetroot from FIL's allotment. What do I do with it to make it edible for Rhys, please? :) In easy to understand instructions.. bearing in mind I barely knew what a raw beetroot looked like until last week :o

OK, you kind of twist/snap off the leaves at least 2-3 inches from the top of the beetroot (you have to leave a bit on, or the juice all leaks out and it doens't taste of anything). Wash it (don't cut the roots off either) then boil for an hour or so depending on how big the beetroot is (until the skin peels away in your hand if you rub at it). Then blend it. That's it! (Well, you can mix it with baby rice if you want to.)

It does wash out fine with vanish, so don't freeze poor Rhys-y feeding him in his nappy, but you probably want to feed it to him just before bath time ;)

Oh, and as mentioned, it might dye his wee/poo pink - don't panic when you see it (and warn DH too ;) ).

On booze, I used to drink FAR too much. I'm trying not to get too much back into it now - apart from the fact that I'm still breastfeeding, there's no way I want to get back into drinking THAT much wine. Much cheaper being a light weight anyway. :money:
