The mindset of some "animal lovers" scares me. They value animals over people, don't care about old Jimmy down the road who got battered to death but care about the pigeon that got ran over. Go figure!

I don't even have pet Insurance, I can think of better things too spend £20 a month on, maybe I'm just a git!

Right how does this sound for Keira's Xmas, I always feel like I will be judged for not spending enough plus I'm just gay and love to spoil her, AHEM -

    Art Easel
    Helmet/kneepad/elbowpad/rollerskates
    Princess Duvet set
Puzzles - Dunno how many, a good few.
Board games like Snakes and ladders, hungry hippos etc
    That Eyepet thing
    Dora watch
    Art supplies - new pens.whiteboard ones/paints etc
    Some books!

Right think that's enough but I'm still feeling like it's not enough! Someone slap me.

I've got a sleeping bag which I just haven't tried yet so going to give it a go tonight. I'll pop him in a babygro 1st to keep his arms warm. Hopefully he won't be too warm.

p.s I'm going to start pestering Tom for kisses too so hopefully I can get some soon.

Benjamin wears a vest, a sleepsuit and his sleeping bag. Does make it a pain if you grab them into bed in the night though but I don't mind being cold for 10 minutes until he goes back down.

Off for a bath. Seeya later.

    xx

I think that sounds plenty enough, BM! You've got everything covered, surely? Something for outdoors, something for quiet play on her own, something for playing with you/daddy, something educational, something for her room.. What more does she need? ;)

Oh yeah lol, can't forget the mammoth mountain of sweeties!!

I dread to think what OH's mum will buy her, last year it was a porcelain tea set, half the bits were smashed within 5minutes!!!

I struggle to think of things for her as already has wooden everything, train sets, farm, dolls house, kitchen. The kitchen annoys me, takes up half the room!

no not at all mel! hello btw :) i would be exactly the same!

i love my birthday though and tend to turn into a huge princess and expect everyone to bow at my every need so maybe i am not a good example!!

Not at all, Mel! It was a big birthday as well :( Hope DH and the boys made your day as enjoyable as possible (even if enjoyable is not to make a fuss) :) xx How's uni going?

I'm off to make RR. I was really good in Tesco yesterday and didn't buy chocolate bars cos I thought I'd have RR instead.. obviously I can only have it if I make it!

Thanks...I did have a nice day, we went out for dinner after collecting the kids from school and then home in time for them to go to bed. We then cracked open a bottle of wine and put a film on.

Uni is going well, although I have only managed one week in due to ill children! But am loving what I have seen so far. Thank you for asking elle:D

This is what Kai wears and I also (sometimes) shove a cover over him too, his room seems to be freezing all the time.
