Hey SM, hope you feel better soon.
Question: Any tips for easing foof pain? I had a second degree tear, not sure if that is contributing to the aches or if its just general pain after having a baby but it's quite uncomfortable.
I gave up on the bath thing, when I did eventually see a MW (5 days after getting out of hospital) she couldn't suggest anything. I prefer showers anyway but thanks for all your advice.
HiI had three 2nd degree tears (one up to clitoris too ouch) and ached for several weeks if i'm honest. Doing too much exercise made it worse, so take it easy if you can. I didn't fancy baths to begin with while i was bleeding a lot, so stuck to showers. I just drank loads, ate healthily and kept everything clean down there.
Hope your lady bits feel better soon

All the more for you and yours! PS Where do you live, am I close enough to dress up and try for some of that spare chocolate?LOL You've got name tag wearing teddies too, Tigs! Our teddies still wear the cuffs which used to hold the sats probe on
Andrew's looking good too
How are you all?
We're fine. All Andrew's animals wear name tags, but he doesn'tI think we're cracking the BF lark - at the moment, he has to be awake, if he's asleep he can't do it. Tomorrow night I'm rooming-in, and feeding on demand, to see how he does.
