Claiming back bank charges and PPI?

I think I've got a good case for claimimg back both of these from my Bank of Scotland Credit card. Has anyone been successful in claiming back both from the one bank?

If you check the success and failure thread there are lots that have won.
Also there is a seperate section for banks charges too.
