Wondered if any of you could help me, In december last year a quiz show on tv quizcall, im sure most know what i mean, done a prize draw as well as there normal games, basically every time you entered your name went into a prize draw and 3 people were choosen to win a samsung tv, i phone , wii and wii fit.
I played using the web entry which was through an 0845 number so never expected to win but i did.
Was all delivered in January no probs but now the tv has a blue line appearing on it at random. I dont have proof of purchase as i did not purchase the tv so is there any point in contacting samsung or will they demand proof of purchase.
I did contact quizcall they replied saying they would look into it , with no reply and now they are gone .

Hi Laney
First of all - is it definetly the television? The reason i ask is that we had a similar problem, thinking that our TV was at fault. However, it now appears that it is actually the Sky box, as the problem doesn't occur through the DVD player, or via any other connection to our TV.
Just a thought!

You should be able to contact whoever makes the tv. Our business deals with a well known electrical company and they process returns of faulty appliances directly if they were competition prizes. Hopefully it will be the same with you.If At First You Don't Succeed, Call It Version 1.0
