Hi,
A recent survey carried out on a house I am buying has raised some concerns with regards to an extension that was built approx 2 years ago. My solicitor is looking into this and it appears that the various building regs/certificates are present but this particular issue with the extension may not have been picked up until now.
How can I obtain copies of the original plans that would have been submitted in order to built the extension?
