Toshiba Laptop Not Working Properly!

Every once in a while when i try to play a youtube video or some other flash based content (iplayer) i get a strange growling noise from my speakers and the video stutters and wont play smoothly.

i am running a centrino 1.7 ghz laptop with 2gb ram and i also i have a decent broadband speed so it is strange that i get the problem for a week or so then it works again and then 3 weeks later the problem starts again.

i have also made sure i have the latest drivers for flash , graphics etc but that makes no difference.

N.B videos that have been saved to the hdd are not affected by this issue at all!

anyone else had this issue or know a fix then please post!
