Hey guys sorry to start up this new thread, tried to look around for answers but with no joy.
I made a PPI reclaim against HFC in July. after just a week received a letter back basicly saying they would use the money they owed me to cancel the remaining balance on the loan and would credit my bank account with £155. I received the £155 sometime in August,'assumed:o' everything else would be done around the same time. Done and dusted nothing for me to worry about. ( i know i know...stupid)
Anyways this week i have received an invoice from HFC showing my payments, closing of account and stating an outstanding fee of £15. Now i wasn't aware of any fee (im guessing this is a closing fee). Should they not have covered that cost?! theres no details on the letter where and when this £15 is to be paid by. and on top of that today the £122 monthly loan payment to HFC as come out of my account, which they said they would close down?! Me being stupid thought everything was covered so didn't budget on that money coming out, So not only do i have a fee to pay, they've taken another payment and i will probably get charged by my bank for going over my £100 overdraft limit. grrrr:mad:
Is there anything i could do? Should i contact the same people who dealt with the ppi relcaim in the first place?
any help is highly appreciated but be nice...lol
