In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. ok, so you can't meet - nevertheless, she needs to know that YOU know your rights, ;and that you know your rights to "quiet enjoyment" - so write her a letter and include in it a a downloaded article from Shelter about "quiet enjoyment" at the same time ....
tell her you want to stay and you like living there, but hope they will respect your privacy as you will do everything you can to comply with appointments made in advance.
You are allowed to say "no" to repair requests and if she still continues to let herself in , then change the lock, but keep her lock to replace when you leave..... however, i think this has to be a Last resort
before you change locks you might also ask your local council private sector tenancy worker to write to her to explain your rights re "quiet enjoyment"
she is trying to do repairs for your comfort, but, she must realise that she has to consult with you as to times for access0
