Concert tickets sold, buyer not yet paid & time running out. Ideas please?

I sold a pair of Westlife tickets (my girlfriend couldnt go on the date) and ensured that I left enough time for the sale.
The winning bidder actually asked for a BIN as they wanted them in time, but I said no, and they ended up winning it anyway
That was 5days ago, but I have heard nothing from the buyer.
I now realise that there is just 7days till the concert, and have emailed the buyer to say that I will relist tomorrow night if I dont hear from them.
I checked their biddign history, and they were a winning bidder the next day on another pair of tickets for the same date.
Any advice please?
Now its so close the tickets seem to have flooded ebay and I now have no idea how best to go about selling them
A 3day auction starting tomorrow would end Monday night, and give me time to get paid and send them.
Just worried that ebay may not pay my NBP if they say I didnt give enough time for the seller to pay.

I can understand your concern but eBay allow a buyer 7 days to pay. Therfore you would have to allow the buyer 2 more days to make payment and ensure that the item is still available.
The NPB process cannot be started until day 7.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Its a bit worrying because the buyer made out they wanted my tickets ASAP, won, but then bought some other tickets the next day. To me I guess its clear what is going to happen

I guess I can put a 3day auction on tomorrow, and then remove the listing if the buyer pays by Saturday.
I know you shouldnt remove listings, but I dont have much choice now
PS.. thanks for the info. Wasnt sure how many days I had to give.Be nice0 -
Do you live in London? If so offer the tickets on https://www.gumtree.com and meet the person you are selling to and exchange for cash.0

Can't you do a second chance offer?
If I were you I'd ring your winning bidder, go here to get their phone number http://search.ebay.co.uk/ws/search/AdvSearch?sofocus=bs&sacat=-1&catref=C5&sspagename=h:h:advsearch:&from=R7&nojspr=y&fsop=1&fsoo=1&fcl=3&frpp=50&sofindtype=9&pfid=
and confirm with them whether they want the tickets or not.
If they don't you can do the second chance offer without a worry
