Good morning all,
Hopefully you guys can help with some advice. I want to replace our existing boiler in our house to a Combi boiler. I want to do away with the hot water tank in the airing cupboard and all associated pipe works and to replace all the existing radiators with new ones. I have looked through the web and there seems to be so many different prices for these works to be carried out. Can anyone give me a approx cost for doing this and recommend a fairly cheap and good local tradesman to me. Also what sort of boiler should i be going for?
Many thanks in advance.

Good afternoon: very difficult to give a price as cost is dependent on site requirements and the specification/standard of the installation. How large is the property and where would you prefer the boiler to be fitted? Do you have a preference of brand? How many bathrooms do you have? Do you have good mains pressure/flow rates?
You will pay more in the southeast for these works than anywhere else in the UK...and good is seldom cheap.;)
Ask a source you trust for personal recommendations and check the RGI's registration on Gas Safe Register. A RGI, after conducting a site survey and discussing your heating and DHW requirements would be best placed to advise.
