Best website/software for tracking and analysing portfolio?

With all my millions of investments spread across a S&S ISA, personal pension and a stakeholder pension, I'm looking for a way of tracking any analysing it.
At the moment I use trustnet as it has all my funds and I find it easy to log individual purchases. The breakdown is better with morningstar (using its x-ray feature) but the tracking isn't as good.
I use Microsoft Money for my bank accounts, but don't find the investment part very powerful.
What do people recommend as a website or software for tracking and analysing of my millions? Has to be free though.
Thanks

Trustnet is good for consumers as its free. The retail version of Trustnet with far more details is going to be out of the price range for consumers as it costs £5000 a year. Large portfolios may find that worth spending but for the average consumer its not worth it.
MS Money is a pain as it rounds units and unit price and sometimes the unit price gets stuck as MSN are not very good at updating unit prices (i have one fund stuck at 1.50 a unit at the moment and has been for about 2 months). If it worked all the time, then it would be a useful summary record.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
