Help needed please: Quidco links won't work

Hi,
I'd be really grateful if someone could help me please.
Every time I click to go to merchant on Quidco, all I get is the white screen of death. I never used to have any problems and Quidco aren't able to help. I have Spysweeper on my pc, but have had that years and not had problems with Quidco. The only change is that I have gone from Norton to Kaspersky. I'm assuming therefore that Kaspersky is the problem, but I have no idea how to fix it.
Although my pc works faster with Kaspersky I have yet to get my head around it and have no idea where to look, or what to do and must admit it was easier to find fixes with Norton.
Can anyone help at all please?

Looks like your suspicion is correct...

The solution for you may not be the same as the sites are different. I'd suggest you try the suggested Quidco getround and if it doesn't work either ask on that forum or simply temporarily disable the firewall. They are pretty much pointless on machines behind a NAT router anyway for incoming threats and Vista now handles outgoing issues which are rarer anyway.0 -
Thanks so much for your help. Had to look around a bit to find the banner ad blocker, but so much easier when you know what to look for!
As soon as I unchecked it, Quidco links worked once more.:jSo your answer don’t be scared of failure

Got it now thanks everyone "Just right click on the Kaspersky icon and open Kaspersky Internet Security, you will see Banner Ad Blocker listed under Content Filtering. Click on it and chose Disable. You will need to enter your password."
