hi, i am a single parent on benefits due to suffering from multiple sclerosis, i ha e not been acepted for dla. 2 days ago i have fallen and broken my right wrist, does anybody know of anything i may be able to claim for temp help with household chores, ironing and cleaning as this is impossible for me to do myself for at least 6 weeks. many thanks

try social services, they may be able to help either with adult services for you or kids services for children.
contact dial uk (or affiliate in your area) for help and advice on applying for dla again, they will help with the forms etc. much more likely to be awarded. or join benefits and work and download their guides to do it yourslef....but do apply again.0 -
