definitely worth the effort this time

got myself proper organised this time, made a spreadsheet for uk, europe, worldwide postage, worked out all the prices, then added the packing price, got all the photos took, descriptions done, everything entered in turbo lister and clicked upload, added 49 auctions

Tonight

20mins to go, 14 have bids on, 9 have watchers of 2 or more (one has 28 :eek: ), i have had bids from united states, italy, france, spain, poland, australia (all 100% and long members of ebay)

current total is just over £ 35 so far :beer:

Am well chuffed

    Congrats, Cally. I find international postage/display options are often very worthwhile, especially for med/high value / rarer items. If you're selling stuff with a lot of domestic competition, I find it's usually a waste of Ebay fees. :beer:

    I have always done "UK Only" to save myself postage hassle, but maybe I should be brave and cast my net further. I have a pile of stuff sorted out to list, but just need to sort out whats wrong with my digi camera so I can list them all. : )
    Aims for 2014
    Drink a glass of water a day, Empty handbag at least once a week, Continue "not putting things off" and tackle things head on, Treasure people around me, Stay healthy and well away from hospitals, Continue to declutter/decorate house slowly and not get stressed because I can't do everything at once. :D

    It is definitely worth selling overseas - about a quarter of my auctions have been won by European buyers - mainly Eastern Europe - and I'm selling used clothing - they seem to like Primark and Zara stuff as I guess they can't buy it over there.

    Glad you got sales you were happy with.

    I have sold a lot of clothing over the last few months (some new but mostly used) and a large number have sold to European buyers - mainly in Germany and Scandanavia.
