we were due an installation today for a hd box in the kitchen. have one in the living room which is mine as mr mob watches what he wants in the kitchen and vice versa.
so they were booked between 8am and 1pm. i get a call at just gone 1pm that they will be with me in an hour.
they turn up at 4pm.
they start the box installation then inform me they have no remote control for it so will go and get one and will be an hour.
it is now 20.48 and they just rang to say they cant drop the remote off tonight as he dont have time and wants to go home.
!!!!!!.
yes the remote for the hd box in the living room works the kitchen one but i have waited in all day for these clowns, i needed to bath the kids but couldnt because i was waiting on them to come back. they have totally inconvenienced me.
what is the point in giving a time slot?
arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh

Give customer services a ring, the slot is just an estimate so he could have come at 8 :05am or 12:55pm, to be honest he knew he was installing the box so he should have picked up a remote to go with it if thats how it works0
