Impressed by their customer care.
Was double booked in a hotel in Salisbury last week after booking through them. Grumpy woman at checkin desk told me to go to the White Hart up the road as that was where I would be staying.
Had no idea where to go but found it eventually and was decent enough and a lot closer to the centre so I was happy enough.
Anyway I got the 'please rate the hotel' email and thought "I can't" as I didn't stay there!
So I thought I would tell them why I couldn't review it and got an apologetic reply and a £25 partial refund which I was not expecting.
Will use them in future!

I used Hotels.com via Quidco to book HolidayInnExpress. They confirmed my booking and payment but I had to pay the hotel when I got there as they had no record of my payment to hotels.com. (It was cheaper than I'd booked at as well). When my card bill arrived, there was the £150 to Hotels.com.
They did refund it but I'll never use them again, and of course the Quidco transaction never appeared in any form!!0
