other than the chance of a friend buying something valuable and me asking them if they mind putting it on my card and giving me the cash (done it before my mates are easy going!), is there any way of transferring money from a CC to bank without incurring a fee?
i really only want to put some money into my betfair account but even they charge a 1.5% fee now for credit cards. same with the credit card cheques there is a fee now...
