Uswitch not keeping their end of the bargain!
Options
I applied for the Virgin wine offer for Switching Gas / Electricity with Moneysavingexpert, liking through to Uswitch. I have just been told that I will not receive anything because 'the link' is not appearing on their system.
I am slightly confused as I folowed the correct procedure i.e browsing from Moneysaving Expert and then redirecting to the Uswitch website.
The energy switch has gone through and Uswitch will have their 'kick-back' from EDF (this has been confirmed) but I will be left without any wine!
Is there anything I can do here?!

i asked when my wine would be delivered as the 3 months are just about up, they said i didn't use the link so i don't get anything! no way to prove i did, so did it all for nothing, i usually use a cashback site and always get the cahs back, use this free wine one and nothing, it's all one big con!0

Ash022 - you should send a private message to the USwitch company rep and not post you name and postcode on a public forum.
To send a private message, move your mouse over the name of the USwitch Company Rep in post 2 and press the left mouse button. You will be given the option to send a private message.
I would suggest you remove your personal details from your post above (#4).
Looking at google maps and the postcode you posted, it looks like you've got a playing field behind your house ;-)
