Bank charges reclaimed. One on hold and I have more

I have received payment from the Halifax over two years ago for successful reclaim on bank charges. The processed another claim that has been put on hold because of the Court case. Since then have incurred another 2,000 bank charges. Can I try to reclaim these as well? Also in arrears with mortgage and council tax, also a utility bill. Would this prove financial hardship? Would this mean I would get all my money back or would they only offer a percentage. Anyone got any helpful advice?

Start the process from the point you were refunded as all those charges are on the table. On the first letter asking for the charges back you need to include an income and expenditure form.
From the information I have from them it should be this one
    http://www.bba.org.uk/bba/jsp/polopoly.jsp?d=259&a=3545&view=print
At the bottom of the page there is a PDF "Budget Planner". Complete it with household income and expenditure and send copies of arrears notices.
    AND......keep us updated ;)
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009
