Non Refund of Bond

Hi guys,
I have tried searching yet can't find anything similar but I wonder if anybody can help me.
I have given my landlady my notice and my last day in this property is the 28th.
I have tried ringing and texting her to no avail in order for her to come and check my room and sort out recovery of my deposit. To date I have not had a reply and I'm beginning to wonder where I stand on this.
I paid my bond by internet banking but do not have a receipt. Where do I stand on recovering my money if she does not get in contact?
Thanks in advance for any advice.
Han.
