If so can you tell me how easy the process was?, ive found the form:
http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/c...0_web_0709.pdf
But i cant find anything in the costs section about how much this is? (i will ring tommorrow)
What i am really after is someone who has done this before ?
Did you find the process easy to do, did it take long to get the injunction?

What're they up to?
Do you own, or are you renting?
Do they own/rent?
(just being nosey, but the answers will have a bearing on any answers other people give).0 -
They have been abusive, some of it has been homophobic, i have had police invovled previously and the council (she is a council tennant). (we own)
The council are coming out to see me tommorrow over the latest incident(basically she had a tree damaged (not on our boundry and seems to blame us), i said she should go police, she said she doesnt work like that. her/her daughters decided to give us verbal abuse. plus various gestures.
I have the council coming round tommorrow to take a statement but would like to get this under way under my own steat/cost.
She has been previously warned by the police and she has also had over the yrs various meetings with the council. For everthing else there's mastercard.

Glad to hear the council are taking this seriously, do keep going to the police as this will add to the body of evidence against the abusive tenant.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Unfortunately, if you go down the road of taking it to court, you will have to declare it to any future purchaser, which may make things difficult. The only plus is if you can present it as entirely homophobic and you plan not to sell to gay people I suppose you might not put thepurchaser off.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If the injunction gets broken she can be evicted fairly easily - or that used to be the case.0

Interesting. What proof did the Council require re: issuing an injunction order?FREEDOM IS NOT FREE0 -
well they have a statement from me/my partner.
Evidence of previous homophobic behaviour which i reported to the police and she admitted.
And admitting this previous behaviour to council and being warned. For everthing else there's mastercard.

Really pleased for you that this looks to be going through relatively painlessly, as I am sure it has been a long road up to this point.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Yea it has been on going, but the council have been pretty quick to clamp down. What you cant do is to stop the women from spreading her posion.
She is well known to our local police beat manager. It seems with her everyone is at fault but herself! For everthing else there's mastercard.
