  • Ive used 3 online over the last 3 years.

    online-conyenancing.co.uk
    abodeconveyancing.co.uk (who used Beaumont Legal)
    robertssolicitors.co.uk

The first two were purchase only, and Roberts was a purchase and sale (just gone through).

To be honest there was not much between any of them. Any problems, were always caused the the local high street solicitors that the other party was using.

All were the cheapest at the time I needed them, but currently Roberts was the cheapest. Roberts do charge some services as extras (i.e dealing with a mortgage lender etc), but there base rate was so low, that even with the extras included they were still the cheapest.

We have just completed on the purchase of a property. We used Hunt Kidd solicitors, based in Newcastle, but everything was done via email and post.

We used them on a recommendation and their quote was by far the best we had. Also amazing service - prompt, professional, easy to contact when needed, thorough. No complaints at all.
