no you cant get your money back.
the price advertised is whats called an invitation to treat, its not an offer to contract (this is made at the till when they scan the item and then offer it to you for that price, at that point you can still walk away without buying)0 -

If it's a nice top for the price you paid, why do you want to complain and get your money back?0 -

Ok, I know what you mean and I thought the same for a moment, but think about it. Fair play to the OP.

ive been working in retain for 11 years... wayyyy too long i know!!
any good retailer, could if they wished to, honour the priced advertised, although by law they really dont have to. im not saying you did this, but anyone could find a bargain ticket on an old raggy top, and place it on a brand new designer top and demand to have it cheap, effectively scamming the retailer.
i would write a very polite letter keeping the company on your side, and see if they send you a good will gesture. i recently did this with the breakfast company weetabix, and they knidly sent me a £10 cheque!! but remember, they dont have to do anything. good luck mate.AVOID BEST FOR LOANS...COMPLETE SCAMMERS0
