First Blu-Ray Win - The Damned United, But Who To Thank???

Postie brought me 'The Damned United' on Blu-Ray today. Being born and brought up in Leeds, it's well suitable for me :j, though I'll probably have to watch it while the wife's out :rotfl:
One problem - I've received no e-mail notification, nor was there any compliment slip or similar in the envelope, so I don't know which of the comps I won through
(there's quite a few on here).
