Thanks to those of you who got in touch to let us know you haven’t received your prize.


After the first person got in touch we assumed it was lost in the post, however once a few others contacted us we soon realised it was not a coincidence and looked into the problem further.


The competition was run with HQ Hair who are fulfilling the prizes. Unfortunately there was a staff change at HQ Hair which has resulted in a delay in getting them posted. I have spoken to HQ today and they’ve apologized to both us and the winners and promised to start posting them out this afternoon so all the winners should receive your prize in the next few days. However, please keep in mind there is a postal strike in London tomorrow so this may cause a slight delay.


Apologies again from both ELLEuk.com and HQhair.com for the delay, we hope the winners will enjoy their prizes!
