Just had a lovely email back from Elle:

I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received your prize. HQ Hair are handling the fulfillment of the prizes so I’ve let them know you haven’t received it yet and asked them to let me know when it will be sent.

You should have received it by now so I’m assuming it was lost in the post however I will confirm as soon as I hear back from HQ hair.
