Sky+ onto tape

I've recorded a programme on Sky+ and someone has asked me to put it on tape for her. I don't know how to do this or even if I can. Could someone please help me?? Thanks .

Someone on here explained how to do this ages ago and I managed it then , but I tried recently and it's asking for a pin number which i'm sure it didn't before

Go on Sky Planner (press the Green button) and press the red button then press select , it then asks for your pin number. If you know it , enter it and then see what it says. I was going to test it to see how to do it for you , but don't know my pin number.

The pin will only be there if you are doing it with a certificated program before the watershed for it... so if you try and watch an 18 movie at midday (even from a Sky+ recording) it will ask for the pin to confirm it isnt one of your little ones randomly trying to watch something you have recorded - needless to say this aspect is lost when it is transfered to tape.
