card not renewed

I have an egg world card that has a low balance and a low limit i use it for everyday items i'm not that bothered about loosing it and i'm sure its because i'm not making them enough money through interest lol

but i wonder if i'm still allowed to use it till the expiry date ?

Simply answer No! Bank will probably be asked for it to be returned or cut up! May even be swallowed up buy hole in the wall! Sorry expired means that - expired!

But it's NOT expired - it's just not going to be renewed when it does.

What's not clear is if it's cancelled already.

If you have an open fire, throw the card on it and gleefully watch it melt. Maybe get the toasting fork and make use of the energy coming for it. It will be more valuable than anything else you'll get out of this firm.

You are seriously well shut of Egg, they went from being one of the best to one of the worst credit card companies when Citigroup took over. Cancel your direct debit with the bank as well, as they kept mine active without me having an account to access. Though they will moan at you for doing that, because they are so incompetent!.

You could use it as an ice scrapper in the winter or to get bird carp of your car.

i regret to advise you that we will not be renewing your egg card when it expires.
if there is a balance outstanding this must be still be paid

no big balance so might just pay it off i do wonder if i can still use it though. It expires 11/09 so does that mean it expires 1 nov or 1 dec ?
