Could anyone please tell me if i would be able to claim back ppi on 2 loans i have with lloyds and hfc. We got in to arrears with the loans and now 1 is with horwich farelly solicitors and the other is with Hl legal. Thanks

Hello and welcome.;)

I don't think it makes any difference, so give it a go, there is no harm done.

With the reasons you have for being mis sold they have 8 weeks in full to respond.

Keep at them until they resolve in your favour, or until your issued with the final decision, which should also enclose details of the financial ombudsman service (FOS), you can take your complaint to these free if your not happy with the outcome.
Post by recorded delivery - for your proof of posting.

You can use the templates if you want to, or in your own words, with the reasons you have, also if any of them in the checklist write then as well, do not worry about writing the amounts down though, good luck and please keep us posted.;)

You should be fine - I've just claimed back PPI from the Halifax which is being dealt with by their debt collections agency. It doesn't matter who the loan is with now - if you have been mis-sold PPI you have been mis-sold it and have every right to get it back!!
