Its a good location etc, reputable builder etc all paid for and block is complete and up and running.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how best to sell. I have it n with a couple of websites and with one agent in the resort. I have even tried ebay...
Any advice gratefully recieved....Thank you.

"listed with an agent in the resort"
What might happen if you listed it with an agent working outwith the resort? How did you buy it originally? From a developer, via an agent in the resort, or via a non-resort agent?0 -
Which websites is it on?
Do you know if the websites are getting much traffic? Do you know if your individual listing is getting much traffic?0 -
List it on eBay.co.uk together with the 21,422 other Bulgarian properties.

The problem is that a false market has been created in Bulgaria. Most inhabitants earn little by UK standards, and could not afford these properties where prices have been bid up by tourists.
On the other hand, this is a modern apartment in a ski resort for under £30,000, and there is a lot of international demand from people who want to go skiing. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
Its now going on rightmove and buyaproperty..
I know that the market is saturated with properties.
I bought it off plan a couple of years ago but the block has now been completed and has a well known bar and ski school attached.
I just need to sell it as my personal situation has changed dramatically!
Am not sure if its allowed on this forum but does can anyone PM with good agents over there?
Thank you....0 -

Thousands of UK investors who were tempted into the foreign property markets of Dubai and Bulgaria may never be able to sell out or refinance, following the withdrawal of domestic mortgage products.
New research by Investors Chronicle, reveals that the subsequent lack of liquidity in these markets has caused prices to slump by as much as 75 per cent.0
