Hi guys need help please,
When I try to log onto certain sites namely snapfish and autotrader I put my user name and password into the relevant places but the system appears not to be logging me in. On snapfish it takes me to the new registration screen and on autotrader it does not bring up the extra boxes. I can however log onto snapfish.com but not .co.uk !!!!! Can anyone please help ?
Thanks
Paul

Sorry, I don't use either site. But the fact that you're missing items on the pages sugests that you are missing Microsoft Java, the easiest way to install this would be update your copy of windows via Windown Update. Alternatively, there are some options listed here: http://java-virtual-machine.net/download.html or if you no longer use Internet Explorer you can update via firefox via this site: http://windowsupdate.62nds.com/
If you are using Opera browser, then there is a java package to download along with your copy of Opera browser. It gives you two options with or without java.
HTHIt could have been worse. At least source code's not combustible, or you can bet somebody at McAfee would have lit it.0 -
Thanks for your help think i have got it sorted0
