I bought a 3 pay as you go dongle in July as it came with voucher for 5 free album downloads off Datz.com music store. I think I may have even got the tip from this site.
Now Datz.com has gone bust and I haven't redeemed my voucher. How can I get my money back? I have tried phoning Datz but no one answers. I have also phoned 3 but nobody seems to have any idea about anything there. And I've even phoned Microperipherals who seemed to be the go-between the two, who "helpfully" sent me another voucher..
I don't want the dongle at all, and only bought it for the voucher. It seemed like a good idea at the time!
Help!

I guess there is nothing you can do. You brought the dongle not the voucher. As long as the dongle works alright then your stuck with it. The moral of the story is don't buy something you don't want just to get something free.0

Agreed. They've given you a refund of the voucher cost (i.e. nothing) and let you keep it!Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
