I have just bought car insurance with Diva which is a division of Swinton Group Limited
I got this message after paying :
" Please send in proof of your No Claims Bonus within the next 7 days to your branch at the address opposite."
I am not sure what this-This is my second year as a driver and I didnt do this before (although I stayed for the 2nd year with my first provider) and I didnt need to do this.
Please advise.
Thanks

After you have held a policy of motor insurance in your own name for 1 year you will be sent a renewal notice.
That renewal notice will tell you the new premium for the next 12 months.
It will also detail your No Claims Bonus ("NCB") which will be shown as either 1yr or 30%.I have dealt with Motor & Personal Injury Claims for 20 years.
I joined the forum to offer the benefit of my experience and the views expressed are those solely of myself.0 -
Thanks- I get it!0
