1. How to Enter: The Foodtv.co.uk prize draw (the “Free Draw”) begins at 09:00 (Greenwich Mean Time (“GMT”)) on September 21, 2009 and ends at 17:00 GMT on October 2, 2009 (the “Free Draw Period”). Sole method of entry: Visit the Foodtv.co.uk website (https://www.foodtv.co.uk) (the “Website”) and upload photographs, during the Free Draw Period, and submit the requested information, and you will automatically be entered. Online entries must be received by 17:00 GMT on October 2, 2009. The use of your personal information is governed by Foodtv.co.uk’s privacy policy, which is available on the Website.

2. Eligibility: To enter the Free Draw you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United Kingdom and be 18 years of age or older. Sainsbury’s employees are no qualified to enter. The Free Draw, and any web site pages and advertisements relating thereto, is intended for viewing only within the United Kingdom. You are not authorized to participate in the Free Draw if you are not located within the United Kingdom. Employees of Upmystreet.com Ltd. d/b/a foodtv.co.uk (“Promoter”), Television Food Network, G.P., Scripps Networks, LLC, Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc., Pearl Restaurant, other affiliated companies, parents, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, (collectively, “Free Draw Entities”), and their immediate families and members of their households, are ineligible to participate in this Free Draw.

3. Drawing and Notification: The Grand Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing held on or about October 5, 2009 that will be supervised by an independent observer whose decision is final and binding in all respects. The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail within approximately one (1) day of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be reached within three (3) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.

4. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will win: one (1) £500 Sainsbury’s voucher, or other such prize as determined by Promoter in its sole discretion; Total value of Grand Prize is estimated at: £500.

Voucher can be used in store only and must be redeemed by October 5, 2010.

The Grand Prize Winner must be respond via email to the email notification sent by Foodtv.co.uk within 48 hours. Foodtv.co.uk has the right to select a new winner directly proceeding this duration. Foodtv.co.uk reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. No transfer or substitution for the prize allowed except at Foodtv.co.uk’s sole discretion.

5. Prize Conditions: Grand Prize Winner must be available to accept the Grand Prize on the date determined by Promoter, and will be required to a Liability Release, and a Publicity Release (the “Releases”). Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If the potential Grand Prize Winner fails to return such documents within that timeframe, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules, then the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the Grand Prize Winner’s entry and acceptance of the Grand Prize constitutes permission for the Free Draw Entities to use said prize winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.

6. Free Draw Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Foodtv.co.uk, which shall be final and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Free Draw or these Official Rules. The Grand Prize Winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Prize Draw Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including personal injury or death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the respective prize or participation in any Free Draw-related activity or participation in this Free Draw, or any claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy and/or merchandise delivery.

7. Limitations of Liability: In case of dispute as to the identity of any entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorised account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorised Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Any potential prize winner may be requested to provide Foodtv.co.uk with proof that such winner is the authorised account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. Free Draw Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete online entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions and/or online entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, or faulty transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunctions. Foodtv.co.uk may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Free Draw or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Free Draw by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Foodtv.co.uk representatives. If for any reason this Free Draw is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Foodtv.co.uk which corrupt in any way or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, fulfillment or proper conduct of the promotion, then Foodtv.co.uk reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Free Draw and select a winner by randomly drawing from those entries received up to the cancellation/suspension date.

8. Announcement of Grand Prize Winner: Beginning on or about October 5, 2009, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner by going to Foodtv.co.uk. Results of the drawing will be removed from Foodtv.co.uk on or about October 15, 2009.
