Fridge leaking water inside...

why would a fridge leak water inside . also we have found that on touching the fridge this was "live" with the electric screwdriver so have switched this off. i think the fridge is now out of warrantee but still relatively new. shoudl we dump the fridge or worth/can we have it repaired? thanks in advance for your tips.

    When my fridge leeked water inside I found it was a blocked drain, right at the back but inside the fridge. But given that yours is live I would leave it switched off could be dangerous.
    No idea on repair costs sorry.
