    I would receommend ebike insurance.
You can add and delete bikes on line and they don't charge an admin fee (might be a premium raise if it's a higher value bike of course).

There system falls down a bit if you want to do something that's not catered for on-line.
Then you have to wait for an email reply.
This has caused me an issue in the past as someone's law means I'm going on holiday and need to get something sorted.
But for adding bikes, removing bikes, adding riders and removing riders it's great.

You can have several bikes and riders on one policy (and the riders can all ride at the same time).

Had to cancel my car insurance because it failed the MOT and will now be scrapped - Direct Line are going to charge me £35 for the privilege of doing this - having another policy with them makes no difference.

They have requested that we send our documents back to them, which we will do of course, but no stamp will be going on the envelope haha, and maybe I should charge them my own admin fee for returning the docs

I agree that the charges are excessive

If they don't receive the Certificate of Insurance back then they normally won't cancel the Insurance so I would recommend you put a stamp on the envelope

I would be surprised if the entire £30.80 is an admin fee as its not a round number eg £15 or £25

I would recommend you send it reocrded delivery if a refund is at stake.
Esure lots my documents FOUR times (must have been copies).

It's amazing how often things get lost in the post when there's money at stake.
