Help please,Myself and my wife are 18k in debt.We have a debt managment plan in place to pay it all off in 9 years.Our house is worth £175000,our mortgage is £160000.We have mortgage arrears of 7k (Around 6 Months).
We are trying to sell so we can rent somewhere,How difficult will this be as we are in a total mess.
