I sold a DVD on April 19th and on Apr 21st feedback got left from the buyer saying they were happy and would buy again. Today with no obvious reason about 20 days later I get the DVD returned to me in the post. Its been opened but other than that is still in new condition. They paid 1st class post and I got no email what so ever that this DVD was being retuned. They only reason I can think of is that they realised they paid top price.
Any advice how I should go about this?
Thanks

As they've accepted the DVD in the first place, then left positive feedback and then only returned opened 20 days later there is really nothing they can do in terms of claiming money back from you.
I would assume your returns policy (if you have one) states something in the region of 'returns in original condition, up to 7 days after receipt of goods.'
E-Mail the buyer politely asking why they have sent the item back....then you can move on from there.
But at the moment I wouldn't worry too much at all, 20 days after the event of receipt, and after leaving positive feedback there isn't too much they can complain about. The only reason I could think is if there was a DVD fault..in which case they shouldn't have left it 20 days before returning!Stuff Happens As Wave of Ambiguity Spreads:cool:0 -
Thanks!
I just remembered that I got an email a while ago saying that there was playing problems near the end with the DVD so I said i'd post a replacement.
That must be it
