Autoglass - Aylesbury branch

Anyone had experience of Autoglass? I called them yesterday as have a cracked windscreen was given 2pm to 6pm home appointment today.
5.15pm no one had been yet. Phoned them and was told they will contact Aylesbury Autoglass as that is who my appointment was passed to and they will ask them to call me with explanation.
6pm No contact phoned National number again they said branch now closed!!! Will ask them to call me in morning to explain and to rearrange!
Great afternoon off work for nothing.
