Hello,
in an attempt to reclaim my bank charges (which totaled over £9,000) I appointed a representative from Robertson Holbrook based in Cardiff.
They got me to the stage where I was given a court date at Cardiff County Court. Then as you will all be aware there was a 'stay' put on a lot of cases, including mine.
I have tried but been unable to contact anyone from Robertson Holbrook since.
I now don't know what to do. What will happen if the 'stay' is removed? Who will represent me? Is it possible to appoint another firm to assist?
I'm a little lost and would appreciate any advice.

The stay is unlikely to be removed until the conclusion of the OFT test case issues.
