Hi,
I'm just about to start trying to claim back charges from Bank of Scotland. I'd like to know if it is possible to claim back charges from a Student Account that was closed back in 2005, or is it only possible to claim for accounts that are still open?
Also, is it possible to request a list of charges from a closed account?
