Have had it over 12 mths, anyone any idea of where we stand on this?? Bought it from Amazon.

Give Tefal Customer Services a call. I bought my from another company and I contact tefal as my lid had become brittle and broke. They sent me a replacement without any question. Then the lid went again two months later and they replaced it again. Then a few months later the motor went completely as a piece of plastic had broken inside and couldn't turn, but this time I had to go through the company I bought it from.

Well quick update incase this ever happens to anyone else. Tefal wanted nothing to do with it.
Wrote a recorded delivery letter to amazon and have now got a refund. Thank You amazon.

Will not be buying another again.

amazon tend to be quite good with customer service ascpects to keep clients

they will prob claim it back from tefal and tefal will pay up as amazon are prob one of their largest distributors.

I'm on my 2nd one , first one went pop fizz bang !- bought from Laskeys they were great !!exchanged quick and no hassles ....... It does get used a lot . think I got mine around the same time as it was reported on watchdog,out of my kitchen gadgets this is one I WOULD miss - had the slowcooker fired up for the first time this year nice yummy smells when I woke up this morning.
