a&l credit card MBNA

I sent SAR to A&L for credit card statements with £10 but stupid me sent to wrong adress and got 6 years of my AL bank account statements (already had these)
Then sent another £10 and sar to mbna somewhere in chester,they paid £10 off my credit card balance and no statements.
Could someone PLEASE post the correct adress for SAR for A&L credit card(mbna)

Write to MBNA at the same address and state that you have paid £10 for a SAR and they have paid it off the account and that by cashing the cheque they have acknowledged they have sufficient information to supply your data and you haven't received it yet. Tell them they have x days to provide it(depends when the 40 days expires).
