Hope someone can help, I've googled til my head hurts! I have SAGE Instant Accounting V12 on Vista. When I try and print I get the following...
Windows cant install the Amyuni Document Converter 2.10 kernel-mode printer driver...
Now, google has a couple of posts on it, but they are not relevant to me (I don't think
) as they are talking about Family Tree Software.....does anyone know how I get this sorted?
Thanks.

What is your default printer, have you tried changing to a different printer in the Control Panel and then printing?
Also have you tried a free PDF driver to print to, such as CutePDF?0 -
My default printer is an Epson. CutePDF is something I need to download I presume. Do I then have to change printer details or will the download be enough. Thanks.0

I hit google as well (I'm a business IT bloke) and there are too many issues with that PDF software to even bother going anywhere with it. You basically need to have version 2.5 and above (most preferably Converter / Creator V4).
But to be honest don't bother. I suggest uninstalling the software PDF printer / PDF that you have and go for primoPDF. I've been using that for years, it's great and well supported.
I did find support@amyuni.com so if you want to continue, you "may" get some joy from there.
Hope that this helps

Ive downloaded Cutepdf but don't really know what to do now. The problem I am having is at Bank statement reconcilliation. When I hit reconcile, I get the warning....windows cant install amyuni document converter......then I get a warning message ....an unexpected pgoram error [19] has been detected.....then Sage has to be closed as it wont do anything else.
I used this without problem on my old PC with XP. But Vista doesn't seem to like it. If anyone can help fix it that would be brill. TIA.0 -
Hi Windym,
I'm having the exact same issue in Sage Instant Accounts when trying to reconcile. I'm also running Vista and have had Sage working fine on this same machine around a year ago. However, I've resinstalled, using the same OS, and this time it won't have it.
Did you find a solution for this?
Thanks,
Adam0
