Call Divert on BT Line

Hi Guys
We have 2 small home offices each with their own home BT line.
We used to have both set up with orchard diallers and run our phones on the Heinz set up with divert.
To cut a long story short we got duped into trying another telco which didn't work out
So now we are back on BT with the free anytime calls packages on both lines but i can see the divert costs (7ppm) on one of the lines is going to be a bit of a problem.
Is there any way to cut down the divert costs from the rate BT charge by using another carrier?

I am the official company representative of BT. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"0 -

If your using a residential line solely for business purposes it might pay not to mention it.;)0 -
Thanks for the replies and i'll have a look at that link utilitybroker.
I was led to believe it was perfectly above board to use your home phone for calls for personal or business use from a residential line if you wished?
Perhaps "BT company rep" could clarify for me?0
