Could you not do this for all your creditors actually, that would be better?0

Right, well I would do it again all in one go. Then if the company rejects, its not your problem its theirs-and you can't be accused of favouring a creditor if you have offered everyone the same. This must be so stressful for you. I don't really understand trust deeds so I don't know what the process is but I hope it all works out for you0

Just spoken to NDL and they have given me some info to back me up and directed me towards the lending code so that i can reference to it in my letter
NDL also told me that the government want to increase the penelty to creditors found to be breaking rules to £500,000:eek:
He also suggested that the lending code will lead to many creditors having complaints issuedIn for a penny in for a pound :j0 -

excellent looks like kerry and ndl have given you a way forward...i'm glad
let us know how you get on, i really hope this stops the calls xx0 -
I dont know if this will help, but I have just completed a Trust Deed, and I was told from the date I signed the forms (at that point it still wasnt protected) I was not to pay any payments to my creditors as that would be seen as bias to 1 of my creditors over others. and that from then on I was to refer any of my creditors (one of them was Capital One) directly to the company responsible for my trust deed. I referred all mine from Capital One (and others) and never heard from them again!
It maybe worthwhile discussing with the company that you have decided to go with for your trust deed as I am unsure whether all companies do the same thing.
Hope you get things resolved.0 -
Tell them that by them contacting you for a debt you cannot currently pay they are jeaprodising your employment and causing you mental stress that is affecting your ability to work. Tell them this is their final warning before you report them as per the orriginal letter. That is your reason0
