hello i was charged £60 for a refered payment
charge on my account even though i put enough money into the account on the day to cover thepayment my money was in to the account by 12 o clock , is there ant thing i can do i have asked them to remove the charge but they will not

£60.00 would be 2 referral charges which I think you need to clarify exactly when they went out of the account. If any money was paid to cover them, then I think you needed to get the bank to manually pay the amount.boardangels wrote: »hello i was charged £60 for a refered payment
